Btw simcard socket or all screw is gnd connected with phone. you have to connect plucker one side to TP & other side with simtray, click start , before doing anything driver should be installed .
for driver installation , you can check this post.

easy driver installation (ADB+usb )

if u will just follow the step , i m sure ur phone will be unlocked, bcus "No need any rocket science to operate 4SE".
