Tried everything but not picking up the smart card this was after i updating the card and failed

What was the error you got when u tried the first time?

Also make sure you dont have any other card or reader attached on Pc

there was no error it just froze when updating i waited 15 min then restarted application and didnt pick up the smart card.

no other smart card was inserted when updating
