| db2010 and need more info hi to supporter. can i unlock w300 with usb cable with ur software? can i repair gdfs with usb cable? thanks |

| No you can't do this with any box. For DB2010/DB2012 need use box and uart cable no other way. |

| Hi, Unlock and Recovery operations on DB201x models are based on factory reset, which is not possible to perform with USB cable only for these models. This way, the answer is NO. Serial cable required. If you have simulair questions about other models please visit the page: Features - 4SE BR |

| thanks from ur reply. some times user cannot connect the phone with db2010 chip to box with urt cable but very easy connect to software with usb port but some times we need to repair gdfs then unlock but usb cannot help our with this protocol, and if u work and improve this way, i think ur software will be first in new developing tools , thanks |
