my reader is perfectly works with mxkey and mxkey card is working perfectly with 4se reader ,so where is the problem ,i am not able to identify the error ,i am using only 4se key on the computer without any tool
so plz 4se team solve that problem ,my exe is ver is 1.8.7

attach the error message sceenshot please

You must put the dongle attach with the USB of the Computer while Downloading Files etc. Other wise it shows error like that.

It was windows problem ,bcs of viruses some file was miss, i just reload the windows, my software is working fine know
