|  i cant open, error, second use. I use it yesterday for the first time and had no problems, I was very happy, but today I wanted to use a second time and did not work  |

| Man disconnect all other box that you got connected to computer and input only 4SE card and will work right now software not see correct dongle. And if your serial dongle is lower then write in this post do update card before next use. Recommended - Card Update |

| Looks like GPG's reader, if its the same old readers what GPG was manufacturing than Feitian - USB FT SCR2000 (USB\VID_096E&PID_0005) x86 / x64 should work The Smart Card Reader Drivers |

| i had the same problem then i noticed i was using 1.8.4, i then updated to 1.8.5 (the latest sw) and all was fine again regards mad4 |
