- It will need 4SE credits
- It will need Internet connection

Credits consumption:
http://www.4se.com/images/logo_orange_32.png4SE dongle owners: Unlock = 20 credits
http://www.4se.com/images/logo_blue_32.pngAll the rest: Unlock = 30 credits

Each IMEI is cached on 4SE server, dont have to pay twice for unlocking the same phone.
In case of any error or connection problems - no credits loss. Just start the unlock operation again and wait.

Note: signature server online every day 00:00 - 12:00 GMT+0

Yes, they are supported for Full unlock, even blocked ones,
which have "0" tries left for enter unlock codes.
