nerokey to 4SE problem - GSM-Forum

i have a nerokey activated and i have created a account with 4SE and paid $30 for the licence update however i have a problem i registered using a mobile broadband dongle and now when i try to make the transition from nerokey to 4SE software says this:

nerokey4SE v1.1
Connecting server...
Error: Login failed with message: This is a single PC license; it must be used on the same PC from which it was originally activated!
Done! (3 sec)

i believe its because mobile broadband dongle does not have a static ip address please any solution need urgent
