Yes if card no active you can't buy activation to 4SE.

Have I activated my Nerokey? is it now activated, could you please check?

I ran the Client4se first, my mistake.
What do I need to do now?

All non activated cards maybe available for update to 4SE in the future @ full 4se price ie. 70$.
