Please assist me with this problem. I'm using windows 7 64 bit now. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, you have to update the smart card applet 8n order to use the latest 4SE version
Please visit our download page at www.unlock.se to get the smartcard updater

I did what you said, now I am being asked for a licence id and password. I used the nerokey updater because when I purchased the donglen the smartcard inside of the dongle said nerokey on it.
