Hi, some other application is already using the card-reader.
Close other applications that uses smart-cards and try again.

could you be great enough to ask your distributor directly what card reader are they.........( green colour and back side white ) Gpg logo on them

its sounds really silly that you have a good prdouct in hand and have to keep searching for its card drivers , none of the drivers you mentioned works neither the system or application is sharing it

if u can add the drivers in the installer saves all hassle for any new bie...

fix it fast plz

Hi,
This is Feitian chipset. Check the first post here for 32 or 64 bit drivers according to your OS type.

my dongle just stop working and every time when i click to open it gives fatal error unexpected applet status-error

i installed all the required drivers.

plz any solution i will be thank ful

all this crap ends up in the dodgy card readers , nothing rong in drivers or any thing....

i have sorted 6 dongles by replacing the card readers by old JAF-PKEY readers,

so folks if u have any u can use them to sort all issues out !

This is our customer with this error.
Is this mean we have to change his card and/or dongle?

If the card is blank, how is this possible?
Is your distributor cheated us and sold blank card?

If is your distributor or your team mistake, who will pay for all shipping costs?
(Bulgaria to Romania, Romania to China, China to your distributor, and all back to customer).
