We can not change it in warranty because we stop selling this dongle from today.
If you want other tool, what is better, we are happy to send to you.

It seems this dongle is not good for sell, just problems and headache.
Distributor is selling "empty" or "other" cards as 4SE, that is so strange.

I installed driver successfully. But the program can not run properly, it still can not recognize the driver. Help me pls. My dongle using FT2K_32 driver. Help me pls

Hi,
this could be because:
1.There is no card in reader
2.The card in reader is not 4SE card
3.The cardreader is brocken
