after unlock its working but when put on wifi hotspot it connect with other device but other device seem that does not recive enough megabites before withother company it was woring good

Have you at least ryed to reflash device?
You say it connects fine, but have between equipments diferent data transfer?
Or it doesn't connect at all?
And before it was working fine or not since what I read before you where working with diferent company? that seems like you where with another carrier and there wasn't any problem, it looks like your are statting to have chenged carrier and after that problem apeared.
Please explain better to try solving that problem with mine and other users help , but try before reflashing device in order to correct any problem that might have apeared at unlocking procedure, because I have already unlocked several samples from that phone and never had any issue of that type
