yes of course you can flash W200 via usb cable ,try to use 2+5 to boot your phone if not booted by using "C"

The screem shot shows Box drivers not installed, Install box drivers first.

For drivers for phones, Install Drivers from
Program Files>4SE> Install ADB Drivers
Program Files>4SE> Intsall USBFlash Drivers

Select your model and respective flash file( if u dont have, download from server)and press start, than follow procedure what software tells u.
