Why is signature server always offline?

How can I unlock a signature Neptune W395 Sony Ericsson since I cannot get the ser online, and I have credits also.

I have bought credits for this kind of phones and I havent been able to unlock a single one.
Always server down and the message that appears is a lie since I am between the working hours of the signature server and even thought I cant use him

Isso would like to have the money back and perhaps more users will too since there are no more flashfiles update for ages no more supported phones given at this tool also and I don't cate about flashtool since it is a free software and that wasn't what I bought this team used to be better then setool they said but today setool continues zzkey apeared and this box seams to have gone to oblivion we need more models support like the new xperia M ,Z and etc series new Sony flashfiles and so on for don't giving the money spent on a professional tool to trash
What about new features like pattern and pin lock removal without debug mode
And this are only some examples about what can bê made from 4SE team witch seams to have forgotten their users/*******rs

Xperia Simlock Counters Reset
Or direct unlock for that situation when users have the Nick code with them but have used all atempts

Signature server is OFFLINE since more than a year, u can read the Sticky post in this section and any unused credits can be refunded, just contact Darkmen
