X10i flash

Hi ive got a X10i in for software repair done it fine but its gone again now and will not flash via USB so tried via Qulcom cables and get this problem

Hi,
Is thats the unit dies after 1 day after flash?
The flash chip seems died completely now.

Seems its not about the flash file
Need to replace flash chip

Its working now but i think it will go again can you please recomened a UK generic flash file or a Orange UK flashfile i dont mind down grading it

As you can see, some of NAND blocks are already corrupted
ECC helps to "cover" error bits, but when there are too much of them - it fails to read\write.
Not possible to handle this HW issue with SW method.
