8520 lightning symbols won't shows - GSM-Forum

my 8520 won't shows lightning sybols while charging,but clock symbols shows on and light turn on
i've tried to FOS and upgrade version coz i think its theme problem, still not charging...
i've chek at c1002 shows 5volt

does any one have any suggest to solve my problem?
