| 9700 white screen chip cracked hi i was changing a 97000 usb connector, but after assembly always white screen with a dozen screens various versions, reheat, but problem remain, so looking carefully at the pcb, there is a small glass chip cracked in a corner, that i believe is the problem, phone was ok before, so i think i damaged it, is there any jumper or definitely, i will have to change it, please see the pic below. i don't know the chip name, or if it controls in anyway the screen, but its the only thing near the screen connector that seems damaged thank you very much indeed |

| Hi,the chip that is broken in your diagrame is the fault of the white screen,you have to get a dead board and change it with yours,it will surely display,your problem will be solved. |

| thank you hi and is there any kind of jumper instead on trying to change it cause i don't have an infrared station, and it seems kind of hard to change? thank you |

| I don't have the jumper diagram,but its easy to fix or change,just make sure u have the right polarity amd same ic,you can get it from bold 1,tour and storm1 or 2,all is the same ic |
