anyone encounter 9790 error 507 i try to reprogram using bb desktop manager but it doesnt connect so i wipe out and connect the same problem..anyone encounter this problems?

its software update problem. update in desktop manager without battery while during earsing insert battery. or search for auto loader exe and update with it.
