9790 loading 2% and reboot again and again


please I have 9790 it will load 2% and restart, it will keep loading and restarting until the battery is drained.
I need solution urgently

1st Try install BBSak To try Wipe & Factory Reset
2nd adove Methout not Work You need Flash your Phone With Balckberry Desktop Manager

check PROXIMITY SWITCH ic U1800.see schematic
does your get on completly in black screen?
connect to pc DM did you get info?

Mr Munir. the phone will load only 2% and go to red light , in this condition it cannot give info by DM

Dear bro once you connect it what its show.
PROXIMITY SWITCH is most important in this type case. If PROXIMITY SWITCH'S problem than you get info, version, backup option.

Change the touch pad or check the pins that connect to the touch pad,because if those pins fail to connect to touch pad properly it won't boot more than 5%.

mr Bayode Ogundeji, 9790 has to boot 5-7% before restarting when T/P is absent or bad, but in this case it only boot 2% and restart.
