9800 blackberry red light...flexy cable or ic power dead?


Hi,
after pull battery my device no run!
only blackberry written ... but for few second and no visible good, in background! Red light, 4-5 second and it restarts!

I heated this, but The writing Blackberry boot you see slightly.
