9900 Auto Off mobile network


i got a problem with 9900 auto off mobile network
i already do downgrade to os 7.0, upgrade to os 7.1
when i try write NV apear some error like this:

Writing NV-items from a file:
Unsuccessfully written NV-items:
00000 (0x0000) - Read only item
00001 (0x0001) - Read only item
00550 (0x0226) - Command failed
05597 (0x15DD) - Read only item
51643 (0xC9BB) - Parameter bad
Done.

i'll try some solution like turn on wifi or bluetooth but not solve in my case..

anyone can give solution?

try to reset the device by using the BBSAK

describe your problem in detail. not in one line.does sim is detected.showing SOS upload photo of mobile.change band 2g(edge) 3g one by one, not auto mode.
