Are you using desktop manager???

please download the latest desktop manager software and install it.

launch the software and connect your phone without battery.

software will display "unable to connect to device" message with the options: retry, update, cancel

select update and follow the on-screen instructions.

when you see the message "waiting for device" after the "loading software" phase, insert your fully charged battery and wait for the update to complete.

please post your feedback when you try this suggestion.

best wishes
