bb 8100 dead

bb 8100 dead,no led,no display,no actions.
phone in off absorb 370 - 380 MA and still absorb current after times.
if push key "on" nothingh happen,no more current or other.
hardware inspected appear ok,no teardown and no water damage,
customer says "phone on table when see display off, then never again on".
main board results little hot around back display zone, any suggest?
tnks to all.
