Did you start the thread? Did you ask where the Audio IC is located? I don't think so!

Just because I post under a company name which is new on this forum does not under any circumstances mean that the person using and posting from that account is inexperienced, who are you to judge and assume things based on post count and account life?

I was replying to the thread starter jasir_kp who specifically asks where the audio module is located, this I give him, and when he has eventually reballed the Audio IC and the issue may remain, then we will help him with further troubleshooting of the issue, this is what this forum is about.

And since you already had that picture, why did you not post it for jasir_kp as he was asking for the location of the Audio IC? Just pondering now.

I didnt show picture because i can see he posted long time ago, and i dont have an attitude to point him on "Please use the neat little dropdown box called "search".

With common sense i assume he can use the search possibility.
Dont need to lecture him as a small child.

No problem, but I say this with the search because Ive seen on this forum for over 10 years now that even longtime members don't use proper searches before asking questions which have been answered several times in posts and threads, specially the hardware repair threads where only pictures are posted (and no text to actually search and find), and it's easier to ask in new thread then reading through 40+ pages to find that picture solution to a problem.

Let us know when you have reballed the Audio module. You might as well do a update to the device as well if you havent already done so in order to eliminate any software related issues, sound issues we have seen many times on BB, and software update have resolved it.

Share it and take thanks from users , u said , use search before start thread and i show u in search what found. Many users speak like search and dont share, Many times mostly users not found in search and they start thread. if u have any good things then share it without more speak.
