Bb 9320 sensor & red button not working..
Sensor is working when pressed alt key.

I have checked its red button its short.

Any solution?

check all 6 key outside body touch (i.g. vol_up,vol_down etc...).Is there any watering or dusty?If any key short between inner outer sensor will not work.check ohms reading between inner outer of each key where you notice any difference, trace that line in schematic. every time in keypad problem not one specific key or parts responsible.So image guide you parts location.how many keys r there?, so how many possicibility you think.Remove all diod D2000,D2001,D2002,D2003,D2013,D2014,D2015,D2016,D2 017,D2020,D2021,D2022 Find out in schematic.sorry for image.
