Unhappy blackberry q5 keyboard problems

I have a blackberry q5 and the Y, U, H, J, B, N keys are not working properly. I have to toggle with the volume buttons to get them to work. I have cleaned the entire phone changed the membrane and ribbon and still no solution. Can anybody out there please help me solve this problem. Im contemplating changing the circuit board but I cant seem to source it anywhere

where you gets 0.000 resistance on which component or row col lines, indicate component number.will try to help you.
Also remove side key diode D2400, D2401, D2402. And lock key diode D2406.
Also check inner and outter of every key you get same reading in multimeter's (Diode function).if get any change than trace that line.Does touch work fine?

Hi !

I know this thread is old, but I have a similar issue with my Q5 : "delete" key doesn't work. All other keys are fine.

Should I remove the diodes you mentionned before ? I'm no electronic expert, but it seems weird to remove a component : what is the use of these diodes ? Should I short-circuit these diodes, or just remove it (open circuit) ?

Thanks for your help !!
