BB 9700 bettrey cross fault required

if anybody have proper solution of BB 9700 cross bettrey sign so please tell me about this with the diagram. I have changed the bettrey connector as well as cleaning the charging pad and also changed the bettrey but fault still same.I need a proper solution.

first you chk the batery pin&battery
1 pont is +
2nd point is -
and other 2 point is bsi
you just chk boths point
with multimeter if bsi damaged its showing battery cross icon
one needls you pu t at ground other needls you put at bsi point
you chk the reading of bothes
is any one poin from boths sort with ground or dead its mean this poit is damge from power ic
then you need to make a jumper from ic to bsi point
other salution is try to short first both each other

2nd salution is try to short both to ground

Chk fual gauge or U901 .It's indicator for batterry.
