bb 9900 keypaid and scroll problem need help - GSM-Forum

hello all friends

i got a 9900 from customer. according to customer his phone is water damage. and phone was not come on.
and now the situation is that phone is come on but keypaid and scroll batton not working
but when i do once time screen lock and unlock it. than keypaid is start to work butt scroll not move up down left right. just only work when i press ok with scroll. but not movement.
and touch is also not working
so i try to replace the complete keypaid memory and change complete lcd butt still same.
than i reheat keypaid ic on mainboard butt still same thing
anybody have any solution about this problem

1st change new lcd with touch
if problem same 2nd change full keyboard
if problem same 3rd keypad filter jumped

and replay must problem solved ya not

psl... use only & only original touch. in copy touch once after start you have to press screen lock key.

Have u tried changing the fullset keypad module ? normally the fullset comes with the trackpad aswell,try to change first...

1st i try with original complete lcd. still same problem
2nd i try with original complete keypaid but phone have still same problem
3rd i remove 3th filter and make jumper but phone have same problem

so what i have to do now?????

i m again reply same
psl... use only,only,only,only & only original touch or once exchange with ok hand set. in copy touch once after start you have to press screen lock key.its not lcd problem touch responsible.
