hi all
plz i have about 4 phones in hand just red blinking and not open
but when connect to pc device manager not detect it
how can i make it detect to try repair by box or other solution

plz urgent help

you can start with the easier ways.
check cable
change to another pc to see if you have some problem on installation.

if your 9900's blinking error code is 10111 than its impossible. it will not connect to pc. Flash chip fault.only 3,5,7 codes recover by software. Whereas code no. 1. 80% hardware 20% software. 11,13,15 codes are recover by ram image file. Rest of codes is impossible.
