BB Q5 flash ok, but cant power on - GSM-Forum

I have 3 unit of bb Q5, same problem and have no solutions
phone are ok to connect to pc, can flash and done..
but still cant power on.
if i connect to usb or charger, phone show error.
but if not connect to usb or charger, phone just show red flash light on, then no power up.
someone in this forum can help me?
