Pls help BB Z10 ( STL001 ) High temperature at U1000.
What can i do to repair that phone ? The Cellphone condition is alive.

U1000 is CPU if its too hot than check all volts supply to CPU from seprate power ic for CPU U1402. replace it if its ok than Good otherwise impossible to change CPU.For voltage point reffer schematic.
