i think the chimera have an option to fix red blink on blackberry phones,
but still have free things that you can try, loader.exe/resettofactory, use UAT tool and others ,defintly its software issue

1.replace tuochscreen.
2.replace optical navigation (joystick)
3.if not than with help of schematic check or replace all componant how are oprate by this two lines 1.I2C_SDA_AUX and 2.I2C_SCL_AUX. it's goes to aleast 5 or 6 place.
