If the battery symbol x (Red Cross)

Method 1 – Fix Error Battery cross mark in red:
For the first way, you are required to menyiampakan one PC/Laptop first, then if you can remember to install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager application as well his well!.

In the circumstances the condition W'm off Disconnect (unplug) the battery.
Run the Desktop Application Manager on your PC/Laptop.
Connect your BB to your hp PC/Laptop using a USB cable.
Let W tercharge for a few moments without the battery (at least 5 minutes).
In a State still tercharge, reinsert the battery and then wait until the BB turns on by itself (if it's not turned on push the button powernya),
Let stand a few minutes more until the battery fully charged around some bar.
After the battery is fully charged some bar, restart the BB.
When the process is restarted, immediately disconnect the USB connection that is connected on the PC/Laptop.
After BB already looks normal again, please fill in the full battery normally use the wall charger (not cargenya pake USB connection to the PC again well).

How to Fix 2 – Battery Error Red X:

If the above still fails, try doing the second way with the following steps.

With the battery still installed and in position off, please plug W into the wall charger (not USB to PC).
Let tercharge about 1 – 2 hours.
In case of wall charger is still plugged in, unplug the battery.
Let stand about 15 minutes.
Reinstall the battery.
Next tercharge let the battery fully charged until full.
