Check these
- At C1025 check 2.85 v
- At C1004 check 1.8 v

Give power first from battery connector and check, then from usb. Also look for shorted caps near PMIC, PA and battery connector.

Hope this will help

how much ohms you get at BAT_ID(next to positive) or there is link opne. If opne than do jumper to R1305 near cpu.Your case is very difficult it will not solve by any PMIC. Do one thing pls. check all four side capsitor's link with PMIC capsitor C1025 C1004 C1007.
And alos change 32K oscillator(X901).
its too difficult *** bless & inspire You. hope never DIE.
sorry for poor english.

buddy , sometimes after rework (change ic / rehot / reball) blackberry device didn't gave right information when you check supply with powersupply or avometer . You need to give power by connecting to PC without / with battery and let the pc initialing . then after that you can unplug from PC and then you can CHECK again the voltage ...

its doesnt have any meaning.
you can change PMIC there after check voltage and omhs reading without connecting pc. I am sure it will give you result base on your problem but I am sure that no need to connect PC or any type of initalasing.

First change LCD with correct version. If you have done it already check voltages e.g., 1.8v and 2.85v
