blackberry 9800 battery red cross. please help me - GSM-Forum

when i put battery in blackberry 9800 blackberry logo & soon battery with red cross .PCB are brand new condistion no water damage or any damage. allredy try with new & orignal battery,please help me

i searched on forum & i found this solution but this track is allredy connected

so please all master help me..............

1. make sure the pth batray connector is good condition

2. make sure the line VBAT+ is not short

3. do check the power suply, how much amperage result .

4. check fullgauge too
