Going by your explanation, you need to change in a new flex. I have solved this kind of problem changing just the flex.

bro if flex damage phone conected proprly but phone not conected with desktop mngr or apploder or bbshak.....

Not all blinking is flex or nuked,its harDware isu not well recognized most of the itmeeven after droping the phone you will experienc this,so mor harDware research on that is rrequired johns jacobs zambia.
