You display 2 chips to reheat to repair the red light issuse
but prb is,

I swapped out those chips from a good board to a bad board
to test PM chip.. Good board had PM from dead phone and turned on
also swapped regulator chip.. So i dont think is PM chip

Also check second fuse that causes X failure

has to be a another failure..

If I had schematic I would trace all lines, maybe pw issuer burnt out tracer
