yap u can use the bb sak connect the device in bb sak read system then rimove codes [ not select eny codes] its automaticallyrimove then read event do u select clear event log its sure solve ur problem

sir i have a bb9900
when i putt charger without battery its nothing show red light or any thing else.
but when i putt battery and charger than red light show. and after all phone come on completely. its show charging everything. and still on.
and when i remove the charger than phone go off.

i do new software. it done properly.
but result is same
the keypad is also stuck and phone is water damage

any solution?

Hi,
Clean the Main Board by using IPA and also the Keyboard, Camera Socket, Housing etc so all component must be cleaner which has been affected by the Liquid. Use a different battery and try to switch on again, but I would avoid to pre-heat any part of the board till I am not sure if it is only a short circuit or any major component damaged by the liquid contamination. Main thing is clean every part of it and try again without apply any heat. The 9900 panel HEATSENSITIVE!!! under shields you still can have some liquid stacked but if you overheat any BGA components under shield... you will kill the Flash and Processor. Be careful with apply any heat... If you have to heat it the best is to remove every single shield with under-heater and airflow. That action will apply enough heat to the board which can re-solve the corrosion issues under shield.... BUT if the handset works with outer power supply I doubt if you have any PMU or PMIC issues with the phone.. It will be more likely battery, short circuit on Main Board or charging circuit issue.
