but still same...

ok check battery cover , must on because if the battery cover off phone will auto off

Hi I have a 9900 now and am pleased with it. I have one ongoing issue though, randomly it seems to turn itself off whilst its on the desk next to me.BacklinksVault

just swit on bluetooth or wifi.phone will be ok

Problem solved. Keep wifi or bluetooth on and phone is 100%.
