i have one dead 9900 and one with 10111 but have the same readings on pmic please some suggestions

c1228 on my phone is 1.0v instead of 1.8 and c1233 is 1.10 is that ok please help

hello everyone, i was going through the internet then i came across this blog. i most confess you guys are doing great in here. i have a 9900 blackberry that is dead, no display, no red light. i have done every thing i know but it has refuse to respond. can any one in here please help me

i do not know what to replace or check or fix for error code 10111.... flash initialization problem.

if your 9900's blinking error code is 10111 than its impossible. it will not connect to pc. Flash chip fault.only 3,5,7 codes recover by software. Whereas code no. 1. 80% hardware 20% software. 11,13,15 codes are recover by ram image file. Rest of codes is impossible.
only 10111 red light blinke 9900 (or any bb modle) is impossible to recover bcoz flash chip fixed on proccessor. In some model flash chip is separate so any one can change it.

When you say replace flash, do you mean replacing only the flash chip? so far i have replaced only flash chips in models that flash chip is separate from cpu (9220/30 ) after replacing only flash, phone is stucked on redlight loop, i had to replace cpu too, That is both cpu+flash must be replace for set to work okay... correct me if am wrong pls.

there are two possibility.
1. flash chip itself damage. In this case by changing flash chip mobile will work ok.
2. cpu control lines to flash chip are fail than you have to change only cpu. When cpu gets fail but flash chip is ok. You can use same flash chip.
In error code 10111 means flash initialization problem. It's doesn’t mean flash chip damage. Here two possibilities either flash chip or cpu damage.
Easiest way first is to change flash chip. Cpu has so many ball and its little hard to reball or replace it.
