HELP ME PLEASE

I have one big problem.
How to change one display with different type.
This is the original model VA090106PDM2 with this exchange model LCD-12360-003/004.I try but don't work

hi please post the serial number of youre original screen i also have a bb 9000
from the serial number u can make out is it 001 or 002 or 003 or 004 but u need the right serial number first

And this is the only serial number found .
