Blackberry classic battery issue - GSM-Forum

hello i have a problem with my classic. Something happened i'm not sure what was the reason. The problem is that when i try to charge battery with the phone turned on i can only charge it max to 60% but when i turn it off i can normally make full charge to 100%. I made hard restet and os reload but nothing help. If anyone have a solution or idea i could try i will be very thankful.
