Impossible bcoz 9790 mic is digtal like nokia but pin direction changed.

there is one more digital mic in your 9790.use it.
It's assemble with sdcard flex (belt). remove sdcard and take imc from there.
Digital mic in another model 9360 and 9350.there are also two mic in each remove upper one.
