blackberry playbook camera problem

this ic is damaged from corner

any member know wat is the working of this ic ?

Sometimes camera work ,sometimes white and grey stripes,sometimes show close any other instances of the camera and try again

i remove this crystal ic and when i try to replace i forgot the direction bcoz there is no notch on ic

by searching on google i got the direction but problem is no notch on ic, any idea to jumper this crystal ic and wat is the working of this ic ?

not possible to jumpper, I mean ist camera related volt like 2.8v and 1.8v.
To decide notch on ic measure ic by multimeter in diode function red probe to ground black probe for measuring.
1. how many ground use on pcb? On base of ground to ground may you get very lowest reading or direct link, two outside capacitor's point in ic you get low reading also vbat point has low reading. By this way you decide notch of ic.

already change ic but still same white and grey lines but when click on capture , the picture is saved in pictures (images only white and grey lines)
