BLACKBERRY Q10 A BIG PROBLEM ALL DAYS AM SEE

DEAR AND RESPECTED SIR ,,

I HAVE NOW 2 PIECE BBQ10 SQN100-3 MODEL:RFN81UW
MY PROBLEM SHOW IN PIC .........

WHAT AM DO?

1.CLEAN ALL BOARD
2.CHANGE LCD,KEYPAD CABLE.WITHOUT CABLE ,CHANGE BATTERY
3.COMPLETE SOFTWARE VIA NEW AUTOLODER BCZ NOT DETECT IN BLACKBERRY LINK

SO ANY MASTER ANY BROTHER PLZ GTELL ME WHAT IS THIS ?

AND WHAT AM DOING?

dear Hand2hand.
Your can check about batt_id at thread http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f733...-ways-1779594/ with white Q10 case. In black case, I guess there's somewhere shorted but not sure. May you PM me your BB PIN? we can BBM for more and save time and post result here. Thanks.
