blackberry Q5 keyboard problem


hello fellas, i have another blackberry device
BB Q5 where in keyboard does not works properly...

some of the key letters are not functioning,,,

on board and membranes are Ok,,,

device is new and no damages from corrosion or water,,,

please help,,, i need a Q5 keyboard ways solution

or someone give me a full schematic diagrams for BB Q5...

change or reheat the UI or keypad driver
