Did you checked your pcb in another stl100-2 display? If rubber ring around is damage or little gap between lcd and sensor than its not work. During call check IR lihgt working? you see IR light(purple colour) in other phone camera during call.
For sensor ony 4 lines to check.
1.Its volt 2.5v at pin no. 3 and at c3000 via L3008.
2.IR_INT_N at pin no. 1 and C3014 via L3011.
3.I2C_SDA_SENSORS at pin no. 2 via L3010.
4.I2C_SCL_SENSORS at pin no. 4 via L3009.
