z10 fade and goes blank when loading blackberry have flash with all os work for some minute after flashing someone kindly help me

i have two z10 both STL 100-1 , one works as long as i keep a piece of paper between the logic board and the covering case but if i slightly push in oposite corners the fone shuts off, and one with display problem. phone starts with iluminated blak screen, boot's up fine tap 3 times power button, voice assistant can be heared) but with no image. i tried switching the display assemblys but still no go. screen lights up for a few seconds phone boots up but no image. i looked at the lcd connector on the board and it's ok also touch screens and lcd are both working fine.
is there a chip that needs reheating ?
please help
