CDMA PA-Duplexer Module; SE Input with Coupler ( based IS95/98/CDMA2000/EVDO REV A) 800 Mhz / CELL CDMA
---------------------------------------------------------------------

1. SKY77451-14 from Skyworks
2. TQM 613031 from TriQuint ( tritum II fam ily)

both of this components is a fully matched CDMA cellular band PA-Duplexer module for use in mobile phones as part of TriQuint’s Tritium II product family. The module is designed with a focus on size, current consumption and phone layout simplicity. Within a compact area of only 28mm2, the module integrates a single-ended transmit filter, duplexer, high efficiency PA die, RF power coupler, matching and built in voltage regulator functionality eliminating the need for external switch circuitry. With an RF power output up to 25dBm the TQM613029 meets the strict ACPR/ALTR requirements of multi-band, feature-rich CDMA2000 handset designs.
The module will provide the lowest overall current consumption available in the market based on the current sub-urban CDG (CDMA Development Group) curve by providing a 3 Gain state amplifier. In Low-Power mode operation a quiescent current of only 5mA will allow the module to achieve an overall average current of less than 50mA.

in a blackberry 8530 and 9330 you will se this part as U208, PA ( power amplifer ) and Duplexer module for 800 Mhz band.

in many country, Cdma networks use 800 Mhz band, maybe in your country use it too, so you can pay attantion to this part ( U208 )

now we are back to the question, can we make jumper to this stuff ? yes, but cant be act like a normal phones. signal strength ( RX and TX ) still cant be stable, since we dont use any amplifier stuff in our phones

but if a network coverage from BBS is a strong enaugh in your area, so you still can enjoy your phones without U208

make a wire ( red lines ) like shown in picture :

Thank's
