help about this parts on bb 9900

Help me,i'm cann't find this parts in my bb 9900 schematic diagram.
what this part function,and Thank you for your attention and help

1. IC near L1204 at edge is 32Khz buffer ic without is phone show only once red light, than no responce.
2. IC near C1322 is ldo volt 2.5v for U1303. phone can't boot gives only red light. but with charger without battery its show red cross battery in display.
So both IC is complusory to put in right way form another phone , no bypass nor jumpper.
